Another gorgeous day in Bermagui, still parked at the fishing wharf next to a tuna trawler who’s ‘not going anywhere until next year’. After breakfast on the aft deck watching all the trailerboat fishermen launching their dreamboats from their 4WDs, we hauled our pushbikes out of the lazarette and toured along the edge of the river and north to Camel Rock Beach. Louie had a couple of good runs on the beaches and is in seventh heaven (10 on the Louie meter). Caro had a swim in the Blue Pool, a natural rock pool under the cliffs east of town -- a really special experience.
