day 3 Capetown to Fremantle
conditions have settled down a wee bitty
we are now going 6 knots and wind speeds of 20-25 knots
the waves are more spaced out which makes it less jolty.
tis rather strange that when im seasick i feel better when im thinking of food.
This is not the case for the rest of my family.
There i am raving about marinated chicken and mash potato with baked beans while the others are covering up there ears and squinting their eyes.
