We left our anchorage at Swanage at around 6.30 this morning to get the tides into the solent. Alloro performed perfectly doing 6.3 knots in only 6.2 knots of wind! Then with the 2.5 knots of tide thrown in for good measure we reached Lymington in great time. The few very minor issues were sorted out very quickly by the good men of Berthon and we're now about to head off to Boulougne, hopefully arriving in port late tomorrow afternoon.
