Our new crew Philip arrived Friday evening, just in time for the preparations of the  Art Opening Sat Night, which I’ll write about next time! (it was a big success, people came, we dressed and and I sold a painting!)

Then we offered to give Laurie, the American on the Triton 28 a ride to Terceira. Her husband Neil was offered a job to fix and repair a bunch of stuff on a Shannon 38 in Horta, so he is a bit stuck, but making money. So Laurie gets to some exploring with us! We had a beautiful sail under a starry night and arrived in Heroismo before Noon.  We plan to stay a few days here and then head to Lisbon. The forecast is for lots of NW winds, probably most of the way. Laurie will take the ferry back to Horta!

We love it here!    I will miss the Azores very very much!
