So Hotstuff leaves tomorrow! 1600hrs lines will be slipped and she starts the journey down to the Canaries. There is though one small problem... There is no mast.

The mast is down and promised to be ready by tomorrow morning which is better than a week after the departure date!

Its been a busy few months:

Mast inspection and fix

Fix the bits we broke on round the island race

New cooker yesterday (one burner didn't work and couldn't be fixed)

Watermaker fitted

Sat Comms fitted (Still trying to master this but hence this blog entry to see how the system works)

Cleaned though and sorted

Load on personal bits to save carrying it all on the plane to the Canaries.

The list goes on and on but its all for the start of the race in November! 

So tomorrow is mast up, finalise the comms system, load up, stock up and departure.
