Sorry we are a bit late today. Fairly uncomfortable
out here with 20-25kts, 3-5m swell on confused sea. Trying to cook seared blue
tuna filets with veges is not easy, but tastes unbelievably good - melts in your
mouth. It goes without saying we caught another blue fin this afternoon to go
with the barracuda this morning. Half the barracuda became fish filet burgers
for lunch.
Down to the 3rd reef in the main with or without
headsail. We are a good 2kts slower, but it is much kinder on the yacht and the
crew.
1126nm to Cairns. Probably there by next Tuesday or
sooner
