We left St Maarten at 0205 on New Years Day, anchoring off Spanish Town, Virgin Gorda, 14 hours later. Next day having gone through immigration formalities, we explored the town, well two tracks!, checked out the dockyard for yacht storage, and had a pleasant evening ashore. Greg had lobster curry – yum yum.
We then anchored off the Baths for a few hours, and then made our way to Gorda Sound an enclosed lagoon, where we spent the night at anchor, and are about to go ashore to explore………..
