Well Jackie and I are here again having flown out to Vilamoura on Tuesday late evening. The boat was fine and thanks to a thunderstorm over the weekend quite clean. Apparently they had 4 inches of rain in 24 hours so it must have felt like home. Remember Andrew said it never rains in Portugal!

We have tidied up the boat and are doing the food shop today for the trip to the Canaries early next week. Andrew is already here playing golf and Tim and Helen are due to arrive this evening. The weather and wind here are fine but there is a storm brewing in Bisacy over the next few days so it may bring a swell. The wind seems to be dying off over the next few days as the Azores high gets pushed over Madeira. Well we will see.

Jackie and I celebrated our 26th wedding anniverary on Thursday with lunch in Albufeira at a restuarant owned by a lady she met on the flight back in September and then we went to the Monchique Mountains. Very nice day out.eather today 26 deg and clear blue sky.

Life is hell but could harbour rot be setting in.
