Hello from Rodney Bay Marina in St Lucia.

Keen blog followers have complained that there has been no update for some days.

The reason is, sadly, that we’ve both contracted covid. We’re OK, but it does knock you for six – in fact any effort is too much effort.

We reckon we’ll be clear of it by the weekend if not sooner. So we’ll extend our stay here in RBM for a few more days and amongst other things, we will post a transatlantic summary with photos (of course) and an introduction to St Lucia.

For now, a huge thanks to our German friends who we met in Cape Verde, they’ve just been to the shops to deliver us some essential supplies…
