Everything Fine!
Had a slow sail/motor today from Chivirico, which is the tightest anchorage we have ever entered. You have to motor on a bearing until you are almost on the shore, then do a hard left and proceed (slowly) through a gap in the reef. It was low tide when we arrived so we did touch bottom at one stage, but only in soft mud so were able to reverse off and try again. Had a noisy evening listening to the music from the bar on the shore, played through a system that produced the most distortion I have ever heard. Fortunately they turned it off as it got dark.... and just before it gave me a headache.

Anyway, all is well. Small problem with the alternator but was able to fix that (I have a spare one anyway). Caught that elusive fish on the way here today. A 18" long tuna which will do us nicely for a couple of meals each. We will only stay here 1 night and then plan to move on to Cabo Cruz tomorrow.

Best Wishes,
