Good good good - Spinnaker was up for 5 hours, doing 7 knots AND Noi remained on her feet
Bad bad bad - wifie was angry at me for shouting at her about letting go the wrong rope
Bad - bruised my wrist
Bad bad - Thai boxing oil rubbed on to bruised wrist hurt like hell!
Good - no fish to eat today.
Good good good - won the first game of backgammon since Grenada
$$$ = Bad bad bad - spinnaker halyard broke early this morning with the code 0
Bad bad bad - batteries are not even lasting a night

Bad bad - engine on until we get the spinnaker halyard fixed and it is rolling like a pig

Bad bad - current 0.5knt against us

The bad definitely wins for the last 24 - better have 2 Corona's today to make up
