HAPPY NEW YEAR and all the best for

We spent ours napping or between
watches
Just passing Roques and about 40 miles from Aves. A
great night passage with the code zero up most of the way.
Caught a Dorado just after mailing the last update!
about 12lb but just as well it was so small, with the code zero up we could n't
turn or slow down.
About an hour later we hooked what has to have been
the biggest fish in the Carib, if not the planet. reeled off my entire line and
then broke it at the reel. Just as well they make the hooks out of mild steel
these days.
The spinnaker was up today for about an hour. The
pole can't unlock from the mast but we tried it anyway. What a fantastic piece
of kit.
No weather again today, not sure if it is my radio
or if everyone is on holiday.
