All shopping done, refueled, hull polished,
antifouling on, servicing done and left Bundy on the 5th June at 08:30. Nothing
left to buy and nowhere left to put it. I raised the water line, the second time
since we bought the boat, and we are still at maximum draft!! anyway finally
stopped spending money and hopefully won't see a shop for a few
weeks.
We motor sailed most of yesterday and the forecast
looks like more of the same for the next few days. The engine is going to get a
work out. We are heading directly for the Whitsundays we have seen most of this
coast during last year. Noi wants to stop in the Whitsundays to pick some wild
orchids to take to Thailand and to get a feast of rock oysters, a repeat of her
birthday last year. After that we will head directly for Dunk Island, then
Fitzroy then Cairns.
Caught the first fish of the trip this morning,
mackerel as usual.
