We left Brunswick yesterday morning and were rewarded with pleasant cruising
conditions, an excellent lunch of corn on the cob followed by superb egg
mayonnaise sandwiches, the bread being rather odd, vaguely like sweet
brioche but the filling was outstanding. Dinner was fried grouper, bought
in Brunswick, my fishing skills have not improved, today's count is one lure
and all the line to something large, followed by another lure to Neptune.
The last had teeth that bit through the wire trace so maybe it was a good
thing we didn't land it.

departure had been delayed by thunderstorms but the sail has been pleasant
and the relatively flat sea lovely.very little sun and at night few stars
and no moon.the captain excelled chatting up a captains mate who revealed
herself as karen.highlight for me was watching the dolphins in the
phosphorescence at 3.15am followed by a pod of six in the gray light of dawn
at 6am.T
the world is full of surprises. we decided to leave expecting some rain on
this final leg but so far so good. fingers crossed. very little traffic here
just the odd uncovered rock to avoid from time to time buy they do help by
lighting up these rocks. Food is excellent and we have now completed our
grand plan for righting all that is wrong with the world and guaranteeing
future happiness for all . this involves handing all forms of control to us
and everyone else doing what they are told with the death penaltyl for all
who disobey !--jaMES
