It's Saturday lunchtime. We are tied up in the Spanish Town Marina on Virgin Gorda drinking a well deserved cold beer!
We finished our visit to St Kitts with a plantation lunch and more island exploration. We very much enjoyed the island and would love to go back for a second look.
Yesterday morning(Friday) we set sail for the BVI at 06.45 hrs and had a LOVELY but long sail back. The winds were all favourable, between 10 and 18 knots, mainly on the beam. It was about 120 miles and we dropped anchor at 04.00 hrs this morning in a bay about 3 mile from Spanish Town, so motored over after a few hours shut eye to clear in through customs.

So sad to catch up on the news of the Japanese earthquake. Enough natural disasters for one year surely.

Pelekan has behaved surprisingly well, dare I say it, for the last few weeks. If the weather is ok we will sail to Anegada tomorrow for a couple of days of beach before returning to Nanny Cay on Wednesday for the final scrub up and home a few days after.
