The tension is
mounting and the stress is enormous
as we only have three days to go until the race. Richard (above right) and
Keith (below) are working on the boat like demons, Ed (top left) is up to
his ears in software, weather routeing programmes and satellite systems,
Katharine and Ginny (below) are shopping and planning our healthy menus, and
Simon is on holiday... but at least he's sailing (in
Sweden).
The Sevenstar Around
Britain and Ireland Race starts on Monday 7 August from Cowes to Cowes, the
course goes clockwise round the whole of Britain and Ireland non-stop. You
can monitor our progress by satellite in real time at the RORC website www.rorc.org
We will try to keep
the Blog updated with quick notes and occasional pictures. If you want to
