A 20 mile sail takes us from Culebrita PR to Charlotte Amalie, St Thomas, in the US VI's arriving on the 23rd April with a mackerel for tea and one released Barracuda.  Barracuda is not eaten North of Martinique as is it carries ciguatera, which is a poison carried by some reef fish, it causes neurological symptoms and has no cure.
