Today is Tuesday 5 July and we haven't moved. It appears that Tahiti is quite busy as there are a lot of boats in there because of the celebration from 8th - 14 July. We also heard that because of the weather the anchorage has been very rolly. So we have been busy cleaning and reorganizing the boat again. I've also done a mountain of washing. The locals on Ahe are having there own celebrations and have been busy putting up a marque so we think it will be nice to join in with them instead of going to Tahiti. We are now 4 boats in the anchorage but tomorrow we will be 2 as two others are leaving. It will leave us and a catamaran called Mambo. We've seen Mambo in a number of places but this is the first time we have really got to know them. Sylvia is originally from Oldham and Heinz is Austrian. Sylvia has lived in Austria for 40 years but she still has the Northern accent. We are going to play cards with them tonight and they gave us Wahoo that they'd caught when they arrived.
