Sitting in the famous Foxy's Bar in Great Harbour drinking rum and coke with
Richard and Sam. We came over here yesterday having finally dragged
ourselves out of Road Harbour. So nice to be free of the marina again - we
cannot understand how Richard and Sam did that for 7 weeks.
Have spent the day swimming and having lunch after Jamie, Sam Richard and I
walked to the high point of the island at 7.30 am this morning.
All very pleasant and we very much feel we are on holiday.
In Road Harbour we finalised our agreement with Hamish Dickson to sail
Aurelia home with us. We are to meet up in Guadeloupe on 15 March and will
fly to Paris from there on around 21 March. Our flight home from London is
on 28th. Kind of strange to realise the experience is coming to an end -
mixture of excitement (seeing all ewes guys) and dread (oh my god what are
we going to do) at coming home.
We have 4 more weeks and will concentrate on making sure that we are
spending that time on holiday.
will head up to Virgin Gourda Sound tomorrow and then who knows...
