We left Porto Colom to head further up the coast before setting off for Menorca. We chose a little bay which ostensibly was well sheltered for the conditions at the time – however… By the time we had dropped anchor it was tipping it down with rain and the swell coming into the bay was really unpleasant. We decided that it wasn’t the best place to spend the night, which was a shame as there were some interesting looking caves on the shore and we would have liked to investigate them.
