Hello Blog
Greetings from aboard Yellowdrama IV. Some lovely sunsets and
some lovey sunrises so far. This morning, things have decidedly turned. Some
local squalls are presenting us with warm humid air blowing up from the tropics.
Wind angle has changed and changed yet again.
As a consequence, we have reefed in sail and gotten rid of the
genoa. We're making headway though. 556 miles behind us at 07.40 this morning
Thur 24 Sept. A steady 8 knots.
Andrew made the world's biggest bowl of porridge at 6.30
and has retired to his scratcher to dream of the marlin he plans to catch later
today. Mark too is off to his comfy berth after a 4.30 start. Whose beard
will spout more quickly. Mark's or Andrew's?? Tune in soon to find
out.
It is now 1130 Eastern US Time and the spinnaker has gone up
again.
