Day 11
The crew sepnt day 11 at Tobago Cays which is a
protected marine park due to its unique collection of tiny islands and reefs. It
is home to a fantastic collection of Grenadine marine life which all the crew
savoured when we snorkelled off Horseshoe Reef. The scale of the reef was
outstanding and is home to a rich variety of tropical fish, coral and of course
Turtles!
The crew purchased a 'Salmon' from a local
fisherman which Captain Peter prepared for supper which went down very well.
Further swimming by Petit Rameau and Petit Bateau
was enjoyed with sting rays, skate, red snappers and weird looking 'lobster
fish'!
Matchmaker left her anchorage the following day at
dawn, bound for Bequia.
