We have finally found the current and have a speed over the ground of nearly ten knots. The wind has steadily built and at the moment it’s blowing a steady 25 to 30 knots, but the sea has been so disorganised that if you’re not on watch then being in your bunk is the most comfortable place to be.

 

We have been on starboard tack now for a week at least and all of us are getting fee up with living at this angle!
