                | 15:46.9N 048:05.2W A day for suduko. The hare, a black belt in the art,
rattled off six or so completed frames, while the tortoise chose to use his long
hand elimination method to solve (correctly I might add) the first frame. Mixing
metaphors, crowing could be heard from the hare for some while. Crowing
restarted during the writing of this blog. Hare insists that she won on time .
Caw, Caw. The tortoise, exhausted by the exercise later went for a shower –
bliss. Today still very warm at 31 degrees C. The sea fairly calm with long
rollers gently lifting the boat. Winds light to none, and having to use the
engine at times to make progress. No fish caught today, but a pod of small
whales seen earlier today. Colin noticed a fault on the cruising chute, so we
all spent a hour making repairs. Nine days at sea, with prospect of a further
four or five days to go. Definitely not a good time for the trade winds.
