We have had a very good 24 hour run, covering about
125NM. Now we are 110 miles from Tortola with a calmish sea and 10 knot winds,
we are making about 5 knots.
It was a lovely evening/night, clear skies, 3/4
moon, lots of stars, Max saw several shooting stars, and just after dusk I
caught a large Dorado fish. The boys were very excited, however while I was
gutting it, the slippery thing slid out of my hands and straight over the side.
I now have a new line out in anticipation of another catch.
Sunset last night
Cheers
