Passing through the 30th parralel. This is where I
start working my way around the high pressure. Here is where I could get
squeezed between a tropical system moving north & the high. So either lots
of wind or hardly any. In any event, I'm looking at Southerlies &
Southwesterlies the further north I get. The past 24 hrs has been a sleigh ride.
Downwind & steep seas & strong wind. All because of the Low situated
Wast of my position. I only left on Friday but it feels as if I've been at sea
much longer. Of course I have as I left SXM on Aug 14
allready.
