It was an exciting 24 hours, but in the end the storm passed south of us and we were fine. Port Louis Marina is a well sheltered spot and we were never really at risk. 

So, one down, who knows how many to go! National Hurricane Center predicts higher the usual number of storm systems this year due to various factors that can ultimately be traced back to global warming.
