Star Dancer's adventure begins - on passage to
Falmouth for the start of the AZAB.
Together with Mark (Medland) we set sail
from Yarmouth Harbour at 0435hrs this morning.
We had the last of the flood tide heading us for
the first hour and since then a good six hours of tide taking us well beyond
Portland Bill.
We are in Lyme Bay with 30nm to Dartmouth where we
will stop the night and be joined by Jonny P.
Some good sailing on a NW wind up to
20kts but as I write this we are motor sailing in 10kts and it
has gone more to the West.
