170nm in the last 24 hours through the water, appx 172nm overground.
We've had some great sailing conditions, mostly about 10-15kts on the beam. A few clouds but mostly clear skies at night and sun during the day. We've been changing between the big spinnaker and the #3 jib. We've managed to average just over 7kts overall, so some good miles covered. Seas are slight and coming from behind the beam on the port side. Forecast looks like more of the same, and reasonable winds right up towards the equator, so we're going for the more direct route.

Not much more to report on the fishing. Got a couple of flying fish and a small squid into the cockpit last night - one of which went onto the line, but no luck - other than the two lines ending up in a complete mess this morning. At this rate the cockpit is going turning out to me a more effective fishing tool than either the handline or the rod and lures!

Everyone is in good spirits. Paul sounds like he is now over the last traces of seasickness, and we're all pretty much settled into a nice and easy 3hrs on and 6hrs off routine.
