Had our first argument with the sea!!! Unfortunately for us the sea won... ...a pan pan call and a trip to the hospital later we are now in Palamos north of Barcelona.

Exhaustion + tiredness + dehydration + sea sickness = naked Ben.

Friday night to Saturday south wind picked up not good for us made for moderate to heavy sea at time and swell. Could not use sail and just for good measure the fuel feed to engine is blocked so no engine either hence a Pan Pan call not that i remember any of this as out for the count.

Now recovered more/less and waiting for Monday so could get parts to fix engine.

Oh nearly forgot the wind turbine regulator exploded so couldn’t charge battery either; all in all a good start to the trip but from now on once all fixed should be plain sailing.
