We finally cut the cord of our attachment to the
beautiful island of Antigua and sailed to The Illes Des Saintes,
Guadeloupe. Beautiful here too a small village feel to the island, lots of
restaurants and everywhere within walking distance. The islands earn their
living from the tourist trade, so every morning the big catamarans come over
from the main island of Guadeloupe, deposit their visitors and in the
evening it collects them all and takes them back to the main land and the locals
and the yachties have it to themselves.
We're heading for Dominica
tomorrow.
