Doing the sail change for the night the furler
broke at the bows and was flying from the top of the mast, and of course the
wind suddenly got up which made hauling it in a nightmare, it took us
about 1 1/2 hours to get it in as it went into the sea, and then blew to the
stern where it wrapped itself around the wind generator and the hydrovane.
we didn't know if there was any damage either to it or the other parts we
had to wait til morning when we were extremely relieved to find no
damage.
