Left Nordeney 19 Aug arrived in Lauwersoog after my
disaster in the lock, The locks are huge and quite a few boats can fit in along
with container ships. We are about 12 feet down and trying to throw the
mooring line up was pretty hard, however twice I managed to do it and twice for
some reason the mooring line unfastened itself from our boat! Not
very good when you have to keep calling the Marinero back! Third time
lucky.
