This is where our journey started in Heiligenhafen,
Germany which is in the Baltic. We finally exchanged contracts on 22 June
2006 and the boat was then called Usedom after a holiday island further up into
the Baltic, which sadly we didn't get to see.
We really enjoyed Heiligenhafen it was a lovely
holiday spot with a fish market. The weather was good the whole time we
were there, and I managed to find some old receipts for mooring in the marina it
was 5 euros per night! Unlike a certain marina in Sardinia which asked for
375 Euros per night!
