s/y Geronimo is a Swan 651, built by Nautor's Swan in Jakobstad, Finland in 1989. She is sloop rigged, has an extended stern and a shallow draft keel. The main particulars are:

Geronimo is equipped for extended ocean sailing ann has e.g. 3 fixed GPS systems (+ 2 handheld), Furuno NAVnet 3D Chartplotter/Radar/Navtex/Weatherfax in both the nav. station and cockpit, MaxSea Navigation on the board computer, Class A AIS, Iridium Satellite Phone, connected to the board computer for download of weather charts, GRIB files etc. as well as e-mail. A DSC VHF with a command mic in the cockpit is also installed.
Geronimo is this autumn crossing the Atlantic as a participant in the ARC (Atlantic Rally for Cruisers), that starts from Las Palmas, Gran Canaria on November 20th, 2011.
