Position: 38:43.45N 001:24.08E - On anchor, Formentera

The one thing I always envisaged as a liveaboard was to go swimming off the bathing platform at back of the boat each day.  It's taken eight months and three days to finally achieve the first go.  After a lot of boring motoring, the light was fading - not to mention the crew - and the not so accurate fuel guage was reading near zero so we diverted to Formentera.  We'd planned on visiting anyway; my mum's been and she said the waters here are a more beautiful turquoise than in the Caribbean.  The bays here are shallow and gently sloping, perfect for anchoring.

So, after a very late dinner of chicken thai red curry we sat in the cockpit with a well earned G 'n' T and I thought, "Well, it may be midnight, I may be shattered, but I may as well go for it."  Skinny dipping under the stars.  Naughty, but oh so nicey!
