A very pleasant sail to anchor off Cangas beach in the Ria de Vigo. Great scenery, warm and sunny with a reasonable breeze.
The pic shows the island del Norte, one of several island marine conservation areas on the route.
I made an underwater inspection of the boat once anchored, as some vibration has been felt. The rudder has some play when worked from the bottom so will take some advice from a Vigo repair yard tomorrow.  We collided with an underwater object when crossing Biscay, immediately afterwards looking astern I could see what looked like a large blue plastic drum floating just under the surface. This may be the cause of the problem!
