At long last, we've got wind, not too much, not too little, perfect wind and even letting us go in the right direction! It started yesterday afternoon, and we got the engine off at 19.00 and have kept going ever since. It was such a joy overnight, to have the noise of water rushing past the hull, and not the engine.
The stars are different to when we came across to the Caribbean - we now have the plough instead of orion and are having to try to sort them out again. At the moment, with the full moon, it's quite difficult as there is so much light at night but that will soon stop, particularly as we're at the longest day, or the shortest night, depending on which way you're looking at it.
Now settled into a routine, food still going strong although the beansprouts have been started as fresh vegetables other than cabbage are coming to an end - bacon and eggs still in ample supplies so all is well.
