An exciting day - running with kite up and achieving record speed for the boat.

Then a squall came along and modified the spinnaker pole - kite down safely. Then a larger squall hiding behind the first one arrived, with wind speed of 46 knots (Force 9) + lots of rain. Down to very small main and very small jib, and all well. Good dinner of pork and beans. Now running with main only at 7 knots and wind comfortable.
