Well, we departed Gosport (N50.47.66 W1.07.61) on the 16th of May heading for Plymouth initially.  However, during the night we had 3 gale warnings in as many hours so we dropped in at Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight.

Waking up the next morning the weather was ok but only 1/2 an hour out, the wind really got up and we retreated back to Yarmouth.  A few hours later all was well and we went off again.  Only a short time out and we had a gale warning come through so we went into Poole in some really atrocious weather.  We remained there till the 20th when the gales finally abated and we got away as far as Dartmouth.
