A fairly rough night with 24 knots of wind. We wonder
how long the squall will last. The boat sways heavily and we occasionally get a
face full of sea water. Orla nearly gets hit in the face with a banana flying
across the galley, acupboard door come off its hinges. It eases early
morning and we feel the calmness return. The slightest fingernail moon
rises and Orla nearly wakes Stephen up thinking it's a boat.
It turns into a beautiful day and we eat fish finger
wraps for lunch. Not forgetting a cuppa and a Tunnocks. Stephen continues to please the crew with his adventurous
experiences crafted into entertaining stories.
We have butterbean stew and Malene's freshly baked bread
for dinner. Feeling grateful for the freezer meals as the boat gets rocky.
Hoping for a calm night!
