Day 12,
Dry day, fair winds - still on the nose, but gentle
breeze 12-16 kts. Shook out the 3rd reef and patched the hole where the reef has
had a wee nibble. Retied the "inside out upside down" (as we call
it) bowline loop for the reefing line. Made the loop longer so the reefing
line hopefully goes down in a more straight line. See if that helps.
The squatters on the pull-pit have been evicted. Tired
of their shit.
So busy morning on Skye Blue ;D
Still going WNW, but now at a higher speed.
Navionics predicting ETA 18 days now as opposed to 30 days before we shook out
the reef!
All is well.
