Hi all!

We are 5 days and 518 miles into the sail and safe to say the sea sickness has passed (thanks to Janet and her supply of Stugeron) and we are no longer on a diet of biscoff and scotch finger biscuits.

Today has been a day of many highlights: first shower (very much needed!), first day i've been able to stomach a coffee and we've managed to make a fishing rod in an attempt to try catch a fish for tea. We were fortunate to get a clear night last night where we could spend our watches admiring the stars and we even got to see a couple of pieces of falling space junk.

Below is a reminder that it's not just in Scotland that you get torrential rain and need a wee hot chocolate to keep you going...
