Our first entry. James has been hard at work
shopping in Boston for food and fuel for 4 weeks at sea - is that possible with
no freezer and limited/no fridge? Tins and dried rations rule.
Depeche has been redecked, rerigged and new sails so raring to go htough
slightly nervous at not having the rig stressed before our voyage.
Alastair =boatboy (he doesn't know it yet) is still
in S America joining me in Boston on Friday when BA finally deliver me there
after cancelling my previous booking.
Back to the sat phone to try to set it up for our
on board communications....
