a few minor jobs, checking the storm sail and safety briefing we set off for Majorca at 1300 hours for our first passage on the voyage to Gibraltar.
Watch systems started at 1500hrs very pleasant sunny motor sailing saw us leaving Sardinia and slipping slowly west into the setting sunset followed by a beaming full moon and hopefully Phoebe B who had delayed departure whilst waiting for a crew member.
The moonlight sky and radar provided a good clear vision of our surroundings and a playful Dolphin popped up along side just before going off watch handing over to John at midnight. All very ephemeral. (word of the day)!
