Hello All,

Off again and into the weather, we left the fuel dock in Horta at 14:00hours yesterday and said goodbye to a very freindly island, but as the days passed so did the urge to get on the move once more increase. The forecast was a steady 20knots of wind from the north east, but as we motorsailed between the islands heading east all was calm (Terceira is the third island in the group and it's name means third island, which we all felt to be lacking in imagination). As we left the lee of the islands the wind and the waves came, proper hooligan sailing, ie loud with the occational bump. making good progress to the first waypoint, off cape Vincent. As Clive pointed out "we payed for this so might as well enjoy it"

Weather due to ease over the next couple of day, so crew settling into the watch system and Stefano waiting to get the fishing line in the water, the man in the shop said definately barricuda with this lure.

All well this end, hope all well with you,

Dan Fox (Skipper)
