Evening all.

Not a great deal to report today. Woke up to blue skies and bright sunshine
again, with the same big waves and strong winds as yesterday, so we've made
good progress.

Top speed of the day has gone to First Mate Robin, for a whopping 12.3 knots,
although all watches have done really well with consistent speeds of 9/10
knots. Greatest distance covered in a single watch was 28 nautical miles,
attained by Ninky and Robin last night, and equalled (although with the engine
on...in neutral.) by Rich and Lee this afternoon. At this point Lee would
like me to point out my typo in my last blog (day before last) where I
accidentally typed 10.5 knots when I meant 10.2. So, yes, Lee did beat this
with 10.4. Well done Mr Clifford...
Skippers' mother watch again today, so after yesterdays tinned extravaganza we
were surprised today to have fresh baked bread at lunchtime and this evening
the crew have just devoured (in less than a minute) a brilliant spaghetti
carbonara. Not a tin in sight. It will be a struggle keeping awake
during nightwatch after that!

Main amusement of the day was trying to tip a snoozing Neil off his seat by
steering hard to port when surfing down a big wave - we very nearly had him!

Another day done, another beautiful pink sunset, another night of 3 hour
watches beginning, and one day nearer to that rum punch and proper shower in
Rodney Bay...

Ninky x
