1500 Monday 20 October 2014.

One night out and all going well roughly 1/3 of the way over. We have managed to sail about half of it so far and motored or motor sailed the rest. Should be with in Madeira Wednesday night or Thursday morning. Our auto pilot has broken, I have spares but not willing to open up the steering hydraulics at sea unless I really have to so we are hand steering 2 hours on four off. A bit tireing but doable. Lots of dolphins, 1 Whale, a small bird and a bat, no sharks.

More later when I have decent WiFi.
