17:14N 43:48W west at 6-7 knots - I held off doing sail-improving things with squalls threatened tonight maybe. Still a 3m sea but following and benign.

I read "Cadillac Beach" which is densely researched sorta Road movie er book and mad in an American (Miami) sort of way. Running out of books really....

Otherwise all fine.

Do oranges that have gone off just taste off? or do they cause nasty illness if you eat them? I have spares in the fridge but the ones that spent a week rolling around in a drawer still look like satsumas but taste hum not so good...
