Plymouth N 50 22.5 W 004 08.6
Final Prep Monday 12 September Plymouth N 50 22.5 W 004 08.6 After a week of unsettled weather, we now have high pressure building which promises several days of lightish winds predominantly from the northerly sector. Today we will do our shopping for fresh food. This afternoon we will move the yacht to Mayflower Marina for fuel, water and final loading and an early start tomorrow morning. On board for leg 1 to La Coruna: Phil Pascoe, Chris Liddington and myself. Interestingly, the new online immigration and customs passage declaration asked us to specify departure and arrival times: easy to anticipate a two hour departure window but a bit optimistic asking for a two hour window on the day we would arrive back in the UK next year! Thank you friends and family for all the messages of good wishes. All best, Tony |
